Electricity in Cuba

Electricity in Cuban private houses (casas particulares) is generally 110 volts, however most of the modern hotels and houses with air conditioning have dual voltage with some or all the sockets in the room being 220 volts.

Typical Cuban sockets are two-prolonged flat-pin (US type), so you will need an adapter to make use of them. European electrical devices will still function, but slowly, whch means that your battery chargers will need more time to fully complete their tasks!
